Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 116 of February 20, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Control and Enforcement in the Sphere of Education

Endorses the rules specifying the procedure of control and enforcement in the sphere of education implemented by the Federal Service of Enforcement in the Sphere of Education and Science and authorised bodies of executive power of the subjects of the Russian Federation.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 115 of February 20, 2007 on the Adoption of Normative Acts on Individual Issues of Regulation of Tariff Rates of Organisations of the Communal Complex

The Ministry of Regional Development of Russia is empowered with authority of organisation of methodology support for the bodies of local government to prepare the orders to work out investment programs of organisations of the communal complex, as well as to endorse the methods of monitoring of implementation of operational programs and investment programs of the mentioned organisations in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the Federal Service for Tariff Rates of Russia.
      The sphere of reference of the Federal Service of State Statistics shall include endorsement in coordination with the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia, Federal Service for Tariff Rates of Russia and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia of the forms of state statistical monitoring of activities of organisations of the communal complex and the periods of their submission.

Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 880 of December 26, 2006 on the Endorsement of the Explanations on the Procedure of Application of Article 15 of the Federal Law on the State Pension Support in the Russian Federation

Explains the procedure of application of Article 15 of the Federal Law of December 15, 2001 on the state pension support in the Russian Federation specifying the amounts of pensions for servicemen and members of their families.

Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 897 of December 31, 2006 on the Endorsement of the Administrative Regulation of the Federal Service of Enforcement in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development on the Execution of the State Function of Licensing of Pharmacy Activities

According to the actual legislation, the pharmacy activities carried out by legal entities and independent entrepreneurs in the sphere of circulation of medicines intended for medical use, including the wholesale, retail trade of medicines and making medicines, is subject to obligatory licensing.

Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 168 of December 27, 2006 on the Payments for the Transit Shipment of Cargo by International Railway Transport and the Currency of Payments for the Chartering Year of 2007

According to the tariff policy of the railways of CIS member-states, the payments for the transit shipment of cargo over the Russian railways are made in US dollars.

Endorses the Administrative Regulation of the Federal Service of Enforcement in the Sphere of Transport on the execution of the state function of licensing of activities of passenger transportation by vehicles outfitted for carrying more than 8 persons (except for the cases when the mentioned activities are carried out for own needs of the legal entity or independent entrepreneur).

Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 900 of December 31, 2006 on the Endorsement of the Administrative Regulation of the Federal Service of Enforcement in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development on the Execution of the State Function of Control of the Medical Expert Evaluation Proceedings

The sphere of reference of the Federal Service of Enforcement in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development shall include control of the medical expert evaluation proceedings which includes expert evolution of the temporary disability, social expert evaluation for identification of disability; forensic expert evaluation; independent medical expert evaluation.
