Owing to the legal processing and high-quality translation, each user of GARANT system gets the most convenient and vivid means of investigation of the Russian legislation in English. All normative acts are provided in the most recent wording, however, any of the previous ones are available for analysis. Officially adopted amendments to the legislation are translated, corrected, and entered in the database immediately after their endorsement, with all changes available on the screen. More than 39,000 comments and about 226,000 hyperlinks indicate the controversies and interconnections between various acts.
Powerful search tools of GARANT system are designed for the tasks of any level of difficulty. The search covers the whole of the information space at once. The present Commercial Proposal defines the cost of supplies and subsequent support for the sets of Garant system in English.

4. The following access options are available:
- Use on a single computer.
- Use on several computers, however, only on a single computer simultaneously. The price is increased 1.5 times.
- Network Access. The price is increased 3.5 times.
- Portable version on USB Flash drive. The price is increased 1.1 times.
The prices imply free delivery and installation of the materials within the boundaries of Moscow. The database is supplied with attached free initial Russian texts of the translated normative acts.
To supply installation software and subsequent updates, the Contract for Information Services is concluded.
Separate documents in English may be provided in the Word format at the price: 258,4 roubles per page of a text (2 Kb ) (VAT included).
