Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation No. 11-P of July 16, 2007 on the Case of Constitutionality of Individual Provisions of Articles 3, 18 and 41 of the Federal Law on Political Parties Pursuant to the Appeal of the Political Party "Russian Communist Workers' Party - Russian Party of Communists"

The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation recognised as not contradicting the Constitution of the Russian Federation the provision of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on political parities introducing the requirement to the size of the political party and its regional divisions (Paragraphs 3 of Item 2 of Article 3) and the provisions regulating the terms and procedure of the state registration of the regional division of the political party, as well as the consequences of the change of the status of the political party failing to meet the requirements.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 451 of July 17, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Regulation on the Licensing of Activities of Organisation and Carrying out of Games of Chance in Bookmaker Offices and Sweepstakes

Creation of four gambling zones is envisaged in the new regime of regulation of activities of organisation and carrying out of games of chance on the territory of the Russian Federation. Bookmaker offices and sweepstakes may be opened in other than the gambling zones, exclusively on the basis of licenses.

The placing of temporarily free monetary resources of the Fund of Obligatory Insurance of Deposits formed by the Deposit Insurance Agency at the expense of insurance contributions of banks in securities is permitted if they are in circulation at the organised market of securities and meet specified requirements.

The volume of state support granted at the expense of resources of the federal budget to the subjects of the Russian Federation participating in the state program of assistance of voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation of compatriots living aboard depends on the inclusion of the subject of the Russian Federation in a certain category of accepting territories (A, B, and C).

Order of the Federal Tax Service No. MM-3-19/293@ of May 14, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Forms of Documents Used by Tax Bodies When Collecting the Debts in Obligatory Payments to the Budget System of the Russian Federation

According to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, in cases of a failure to pay or incomplete payment of the tax within specified time limits, the duty to pay the tax is executed according to the enforced procedure at the decision of the tax body by collection of the monetary resources on the taxpayer (tax agent) accounts in the banks or at the expense of the other debtor property.
