Order of the Federal Tax Service No. MM-3-6/45@ of February 5, 2008 on the Endorsement of the Forms of Applications for the Registration of Organisations and Independent Entrepreneurs - the Payers of the Uniform Imputed Income Tax in the Tax Body at the Place of Entrepreneurial Activities

The new forms of applications do not require to indicate information of the certificate of registration of the organisation at the place of location on the territory of the Russian Federation. Besides, independent entrepreneur does not need to indicate in the application the date and place of birth, citizenship, passport details, address of the place of residence.
