Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 207 of March 25, 2008 on the Endorsement of the Rate of the Import Customs Duty for Unprocessed Industrial Diamonds
To support the domestic diamond cutting industry, the rate of the import customs duty for unworked industrial diamonds or simply sawn, cleaved or bruted (code according to the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia 7102 21 000 0) in the amount of 10% of the customs cost is fixed on the permanent basis.
