Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 12n of January 28, 2019 – specifies the types of information disclosed within implementation of the rights of insured persons when forming and investing pension savings funds as per the procedure established by Article 31 of the Federal Law No. 111-FZ of July 24, 2002 on Investing Funds to Finance a Funded Pension in the Russian Federation

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 397 of April 4, 2019 on drawing up the list of orphans or children left without parental care, as well as persons from among orphans or children left without parental care who were earlier classified as orphans or children left without parental care, as well as persons from among orphans or children left without parental care who have reached the age of 23 years, which are to be provided with living quarters (such lists shall be compiled in a region where the relevant orphans or children left without parental care are registered)
