Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 588 of May 13, 2019 on the endorsement of the Rules for notifying the owners of buildings, structures, rooms in them (including the owners of rooms in an apartment house), objects of unfinished construction, as well as the dwellers of state and municipal stock, that such buildings, structures, objects of unfinished construction must be dismantled or their parameters and (or) permitted use must be brought in compliance with available restrictions for use of land plots within the boundaries covered by special conditions of use of territory
