Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 634 of May 21, 2019 – approves amendments into the Regulations on recovery of proceeding expenses related to the following: proceedings in criminal cases; consideration of cases by arbitration tribunals, or civil cases, or administrative cases; meeting the requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 606 of May 16, 2019 – the Government of the Russian Federation has softened the requirements for banks with respect to opening escrow accounts. The number of banks where escrow accounts can be opened for settlements aimed at share construction will increase.
