Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 405 of June 26, 2007 on the Federal Standards of Payment for the Dwelling Space and Communal Services for the Years 2008-2010

Endorses the federal standards of payment for the dwelling space and communal services for the years 2008-2010 on the average for the Russian Federation and by subjects of the Russian Federation necessary for the determination of the amount of inter-budget transfers allocated from the federal budget to the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation including the financial aid to pay for the dwelling space and communal services.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 403 of June 25, 2007 on the Organisation of Work with Compatriots Living Abroad and Wishing to Resettle to the Russian Federation on the Voluntary Basis

To provide for the implementation of the measures envisaged in the mentioned program, endorses the Regulation defining the terms and procedure of work with compatriots living abroad and wishing to resettle to the Russian Federation on the voluntary basis in the framework and on the terms envisaged in the program.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 397 of June 23, 2007 on the Licensing of Passenger and Cargo Transportation by the Air Transport, As Well As on the Improvement of the State Regulation of Activities of Carriers in the Sphere of Air Transportation

To improve the state regulation of activities of carriers in the sphere of air transportation, endorses the Regulation on the licensing of transportation of passengers by the air transport and the Regulation on the licensing of transportation of cargo by the air transport. The mentioned Regulations are entered into force from October 1, 2007.

The system of real-time gross payments of the Bank of Russia begins its functioning from July 1, 2007 which is called the System of Urgent Electronic Bank Payments (BESP). Tariff rates for the services of the Bank of Russia in the framework of this system are entered into force from July 1, 2007.
