Ratifies the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic on the promotion and mutual protection of capital investments.

Federal Law No. 121-FZ of June 30, 2007 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation

The Public Chamber of the Russian Federation shall enjoy the rights to join international organisations, conclude agreements on cooperation with them, participate in the work of public chambers of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as send members of the Public Chamber to participate in the work of international conferences, meetings and other events.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Federal Law No. 119-FZ of June 30, 2007 on the Amendments to Article 2 of the Federal Law on the Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation on the Organisation of Insurance Activities in the Russian Federation and Invalidation of Some of Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

Regulates the procedure of switchover of insurance organisations to the legislatively introduced specialisation of insured objects (personal or property insurance).
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 825 of June 28, 2007 on the Assessment of Efficiency of Work of the Bodies of Executive Power of the Subjects of the Russian Federation

Endorses the list of figures for assessment of efficiency of work of the bodies of executive power of the subjects of the Russian Federation including 43 criteria.
      The Decree is entered into force from the day of signing.

Order of the Federal Service of Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Enforcement No. 204 of April 5, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Form of the Estimate of Payment for the Negative Impact on the Environment and the Procedure of Filling and Submission of the Form of the Estimate of Payment for the Negative Impact on the Environment

To improve the procedure of filling and submission of the reports of payments for the negative impact on the environment, endorses a new form of the estimate of payment for the negative impact on the environment, as well as the procedure of filling of each section of the estimate and submission of the mentioned form.
