Federal Law No. 118-FZ of June 26, 2007 on the Amendments to the Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation to Bring Them in Compliance with the Land Code of the Russian Federation

The amendments bring the norms of the federal legislation in compliance with the provisions of the Land Code of the Russian Federation.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 421 of July 2, 2007 on the Delimitation of Authority of the Federal Bodies of Executive Power Executing International Obligations of the Russian Federation in the Sphere of Chemical Disarmament

In pursuance of the Convention on the Prohibition of Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction ratified by the Federal Law No. 138-FZ of November 5, 1997, Russia assumes obligations not to develop, not to produce, not to stockpile and not to hand over chemical weapons to anyone, as well as not to use and not to make any military preparations to use it. To implement the given Convention, the federal targeted program was adopted - "Destruction of Stocks of Chemical Weapons in the Russian Federation" - the main goal being destruction of stocks of chemical weapons in the Russian Federation and ensuring the safety of this process for the employees storing and destroying them, citizens living and working in the pertinent zones, as well as the environment.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 416 of June 29, 2007 on the Interim Rates of Import Customs Duties for Individual Types of Flat Roll Stock of Corrosion-Resistant Steel

Introduces for 9 months the zero rates of import customs duties for individual types of flat roll stock of corrosion-resistant steel 600 mm in width and more.
      The Decision is entered into force one month after the day of its official publication.

Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets No. 07-63/pz-n of May 29, 2007 on the Invalidation of Some of the Acts of the Federal Commission for the Securities Market

From the date of entry into force of the Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia having endorsed the procedure for activities of management of securities, invalidates decisions of the Federal Commission for the Securities Market having endorsed: Regulation on the trust control of securities and the means of investing in securities; Regulation on the keeping of accounts of monetary resources of clients and recording of operations of trust control by brokers; Rules of recording of individual operations with securities in accounting work by professional participants of the securities market and investment funds.
