Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 418 of June 30, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Regulation on the Particulars of Placing of Orders for the Works of Protection, Reproduction of Forests and of Conclusion of Contracts

In pursuance of the Forestry Code of the Russian Federation, if the measures of protection and reproduction of forests located on the lands available in the state or municipal property are not vested in the parties using the forests, the bodies of state power, bodies of local government shall place the orders for the works of protection and reproduction of forests through tenders.

To improve the efficiency of work and competitive potential of the Russian fleet, the President of the Russian Federation took the decision in June 2007 to transfer as a contribution of the Russian Federation in the registered capital of the OAO Modern Commercial Fleet (St.Petersburg) 50.34% of stocks of the OAO Novorossiysk Shipping Company (Krasnodar Territory) available in the federal property.
