Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 435 of July 9, 2007 on the Amendments to the Customs Tariff of the Russian Federation Pertaining to Individual Types of Tropical Oils

Excludes from the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of the Russian Federation individual subheadings of coconut oil (copra) and fractions thereof, as well as the palm kernel or babassu oil and fractions thereof.
      The Decision is entered into force 2 months after the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 427 of July 4, 2007 on the Amendments to Some of the Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation on Circulation of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances

The amendments extend significantly the list of psychotropic substances restricted for circulation in the Russian Federation where exemptions are permitted in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international treaties of the Russian Federation (List III) endorsed by the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 681 of June 30, 1998.
      The Decision is entered into force from the date of its official publication.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1842-U of June 20, 2007 on the Procedure of Carrying out of Bank Operations to Transfer Monetary Resources to Orders of Natural Persons without the Opening of Bank Accounts for Them by Credit Organisations Involving Commercial Organisations Not Being Credit Organisations

Commercial organisation not being a credit organisation may accept cash from natural persons in payment of the services of telecommunication, dwelling space and communal services only after conclusion of the contract with the credit organisation having concluded the contracts with organisation receiving the resources.
      The Direction is entered into force four months after the day of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.
