Federal Law No. 129-FZ of July 13, 2007 on the Amendments to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on the Issues of Assessment Activities

The amendments prolong the licenses for assessment activities until January 1, 2008, as well as shift the time limit for creation of the National Council of Assessment Activities from July 1, 2007 to July 1, 2008 because of the absence of registered self-regulating organisations of assessors at present.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Federal Law No. 127-FZ of July 5, 2007 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Currency Regulation and Currency Control

The amendments permit to transfer money without restrictions by resident natural persons from their accounts opened in the authorised banks to their spouses and close relatives to their accounts opened in the authorised banks or banks abroad.

Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 872 of July 13, 2007 on the Suspension by the Russian Federation of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe and Pertinent International Treaties

The Treaty was signed in Paris on November 19, 1990 and entered into force on November 9, 1992. The Treaty provided for a balance of forces of the member-states of the two unions - the Warsaw Treaty Organisation and NATO.
      The Decree is entered into force from the day of its signing.

Letter of the Central Bank of Russia No. 95-T of July 2, 2007 on the Enhancing of Control over Submission of the Reporting Form 0409914

Submission of reporting form 0409914 by the territorial institutions of the Bank of Russia to the Bank of Russia (Report of Residues on the Accounts of the Bodies of State Power, Bodies of Local Power and State Extra-Budgetary Funds of the Russian Federation ) shows the presence of violations by individual credit organisations (their branches) of the drawing up of the similar reporting form 0409904 and absence of proper work of the territorial institutions of the Bank of Russia to control its drawing up.
