Order of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication of the Russian Federation No. 73 of July 2, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Use of Automatic Payment Systems

The endorsed rules of use of automatic payment systems specify the requirements to the functions and technical parameters of the software and hardware complexes permitting automatic user payments for any services rendered to them or ordered by them in any combination (except for the paid phones, telegraphy and postal communication), as well as information support of mutual payments between communication operators and preliminary processing of initial information on the rendered communication services.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1836-U of June 13, 2007 on the Amendments to the Regulation of the Bank of Russia No. 199-P of October 9, 2002 on the Procedure to Carry out Cash Operations in Credit Organisations on the Territory of the Russian Federation

The amendments are stipulated by extension of the list of internal structural divisions that may be opened by the credit organisation (branch).
      The Direction is entered into force 10 days after the day of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.
