Federal Law No. 132-FZ of July 17, 2007 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Federal Budget for the Year 2007

Increases the expenditure part of the federal budget for the year 2007 at the expense of additional resources in the total amount of Rbl 100 billion.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 450 of July 16, 2007 on the Amendments to the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 530 of August 31, 2006 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Functioning of the Retail Markets of Electric Power in the Transient Period of Reformation of the Power Supply Industry

The amendments adjust the time limits for the contests for the right of activities of the guaranteed supplier.
      The Decision is entered into force from the date of its official publication.

Regulation of the Central Bank of Russia No. 306-P of July 3, 2007 on the Checks of Activities of Bankruptcy Commissioners and Liquidators of Credit Organisations Carried out by the Bank of Russia

The Bank of Russia carries out the checks of activities of bankruptcy commissioners (liquidators) for compliance with the requirements of the normative legal acts regulating relations pertaining to liquidation of credit organisations, including the cases of insolvency (bankruptcy) of credit organisations.
      The Regulation is entered into force 10 days after the day of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.

Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 60n of July 9, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Strict Reporting Form

Organisations and independent entrepreneurs rendering paid services to the population may clear payments in cash and/or using the pay cards without cash registers on condition of issue of strict reporting forms endorsed by the Regulation on cash monetary payments and/or payments using pay cards without cash registers.
