Federal Constitutional Law No. 5-FKZ of July 21, 2007 on the Forming of the New Subject of the Russian Federation As a Result of the Merger of the Chita Province and the Aginsky Buryat Autonomous District

The new subject of the Russian Federation - the Trans-Baykal Territory - is considered to be formed from March 1, 2008.
      The Federal Constitutional Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Federal Law No. 194-FZ of July 21, 2007 on the Amendments to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation Pursuant to Introduction of the Obligatory Secondary Education

Amends some of the legislative acts of the Russian Federation pursuant to the introduction of the obligatory secondary education.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from September 1, 2007.

Federal Law No. 193-FZ of July 21, 2007 on the Amendments to Articles 19 and 33 of the Federal Law on Advertising

The contract for the installation of outdoor advertising facilities on the objects of state or municipal property must be signed on the basis of an auction or contest.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication, except for the provisions on the contests (tenders) entered into force from July 1, 2008.

Federal Law No. 185-FZ of July 21, 2007 on the Fund of Assistance of Reformation of the Housing and Communal Complex

The adopted Law specifies the legal and organisational fundamentals of providing of financial support to the bodies of state power of the subjects of the Russian Federation to reform the housing and communal complex.

Federal Law No. 182-FZ of July 21, 2007 on the Budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the Year 2008 and for the Planned Period of 2009 and 2010

Endorses the main characteristics of the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the year 2008 and for the planned period of 2009 and 2010.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from January 1, 2008.

Federal Law No. 146-FZ of July 19, 2007 on the Creation of the Magas Regional Court of the Republic of Ingushetia

Creates the Magas Regional Court of the Republic of Ingushetia pursuant to the construction of the capital of the Republic of Ingushetia - the city of Magas.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication, except for the provisions on the sphere of reference of the Magas and the Nazran Regional Courts to be entered into force when two thirds of the judges of the Magas Regional Court are appointed to their positions, however, no later than January 1, 2009.

Letter of the Federal Agency for Construction and the Housing and Communal Complex No. VK-2778/02 of July 24, 2007 on the Indices of Change of the Estimated Cost of Construction for the III Quarter of 2007

Specifies the indices of change of the estimated cost of construction and installation works on the whole and by items of expenses for the III quarter of 2007 by subjects of the Russian Federation.

Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 401 of June 7, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Administrative Regulation on the Rendering of the State Service of Organisation of Paid Public Works

Regulates the procedure of organisation of paid public works by the bodies of executive power of the subjects of the Russian Federation and state institutions of population employment.
