Federal Law No. 221-FZ of July 24, 2007 on the State Cadastre of Immovable Property

Creates a uniform systematic collection of information and documents on immovable property in the Russian Federation - the State Cadastre of Immovable Property.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from March 1, 2008. A transient period is introduced for the application of the given Federal Law where it pertains to land plots - until March 1, 2008, and for buildings, structures, objects of unfinished construction - until January 1, 2010.

Federal Law No. 220-FZ of July 24, 2007 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on Joint-Stock Companies and to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

To observe the interests of individual groups of stock-holders, specifies that the procedure of determination of the price of purchased securities indicated in the voluntary offer of purchase of 30% of stocks of the open-type joint-stock company must provide for a uniform price for all holders of securities.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Federal Law No. 219-FZ of July 19, 2007 on the Amendments to Articles 8 and 26 of the Federal Law on the State Regulation of Production and Circulation of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-Containing Products

Excludes the requirement of the state ecological expert evaluation of the main process equipment used for production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Federal Law No. 218-FZ of July 24, 2007 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Placing of Orders for Supplies of Commodities, Carrying out Works, Rendering Services for the State and Municipal Needs and to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

Extends the list of cases permitting to change the price of the contract.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from October 1, 2007, except for its individual provisions where another time limits is specified for the entry into force.

Federal Law No. 195-FZ of July 19, 2007 on the Amendments to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation Promoting Favourable Taxation Conditions for the Financing of Innovation Activities

To promote favourable taxation conditions for the financing of innovation activities, amends certain provisions of individual chapters of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation ("Value Added Tax", "Profit Tax from Organisations" and the "Simplified System of Taxation").
      The Federal Law is entered into force from January 1, 2008, however, no sooner than one month after the day of its official publication, except for the above provision entered into force from the day of publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 466 of July 23, 2007 on the Amendments to the List of Codes of Foodstuffs According to the All-Russia Classifier of Products Subject to the Value Added Tax at the 10% Rate at Sale Endorsed by the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 908 of December 31, 2004

Extends the list of foodstuffs subject to the 10% VAT at sale.
      The Decision is entered into force one month after the day of its official publication, however, no sooner than the 1st of the subsequent tax period for the value added tax.
