Federal Law No. 222-FZ of July 24, 2007 on the Amendment to the Federal Law on Product Supplies for the Federal State Needs and to Article 12 of the Federal Law on Arms

The Federal Law creates a legal basis for the strategic enterprises, strategic joint-stock companies and their affiliated companies operating arterial oil pipelines and being their owners, as well as the owner of the joint gas supply system (Gazprom, Transneft), to provide for the protection of products supplied under the state contract, objects intended for extraction, processing, transportation, storage of such products, as well as the other property necessary for the fulfilment of state contracts.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 487 of July 27, 2007 on the Amendments to Some of the Acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The Federal Law No. 146-FZ of July 27, 2006 on the amendments to the Federal Law on joint-stock companies envisages opportunities of simultaneous separation (isolation) of the company and a merger (incorporation) with another company.

The procedure for the parent organisation of the bank (consolidated) group to draw up consolidated reports is being brought in compliance with the new wording of the Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1376-U of January 16, 2004 on the list, forms and procedure of drawing up and submission of the forms of reports of credit organisations to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
      The Direction is entered into force from January 1, 2008.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1862-U of July 10, 2007 on the Amendments to the Regulation of the Bank of Russia No. 215-P of February 10, 2003 on the Method of Determination of Own Resources (Capital) of Credit Organisations

Adjusts the composition of sources of own resources included in the main capital of the credit organisation.
      The Direction is entered into force from January 1, 2008.

Order of the Federal Migration Service No. 145 of July 4, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Instruction on the Organisation of Work to Pay out to Participants of the State Program of Assistance of Voluntary Resettlement to the Russian Federation of Compatriots Living Abroad and Members of Their Families of the Lumpsum Resettlement Allowance and the Monthly Allowances for the Cases of Absence of Incomes from Employment, Entrepreneurial and Other Activities

The amount of the lumpsum resettlement allowance depends on the category of accepting territory. The monthly allowance in the cases of absence of incomes is assigned to the participant and each family member till they acquire the citizenship of the Russian Federation, however, not more than for 6 months in the amount of 50% of the cost of living in the appropriate subject of the Russian Federation.
