The endorsed Methodology Directions on the working out of schemes of complex use and protection of water objects define the requirements to the structure of drafts schemes of complex use and protection of water objects, composition and sequence of actions to work them out, endorse and implement, amend these schemes.

Letter of the Central Bank of Russia No. 120-T of August 7, 2007 on the Invalidation of the Operative Direction of the Bank of Russia No. 107-T of July 11, 2003 on the Criteria to Include Legal Entities and/or Natural Persons in the Group of Persons Interconnected by an Agreement

Pursuant to the entry into force of the Federal Law No. 135-FZ of July 26, 2006 on the protection of competition having specified the notion of the "group of persons", invalidates the Operative Direction of the Bank of Russia No. 107-T of July 11, 2003 having defined the criteria to include legal entities and/or natural persons in the group of persons interconnected by an agreement.
