Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 512 of August 11, 2007 on the Transfer of Days off in 2008

For the purposes of rational use of days-off and non-working holidays by employees, the decision is taken to transfer the following days off in 2008: Sunday of May 4 to Friday May 2; Saturday of June 7 to Friday June 13; Saturday of November 1 to Monday November 3.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 508 of August 11, 2007 on the Amendments to the Customs Tariff of the Russian Federation Pertaining to Individual Types of Civil Aircraft

Reduces for 9 months the rate of the import customs duty for civil aircraft with unladen weight not greater than 20,000 kg and the number of passenger seats not greater than 19 from 20% to 10% of the customs cost (Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature code 8802 40 000 4).
      The Decision is entered into force 2 months after the date of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 507 of August 11, 2007 on the Interim Rate of the Import Customs Duty for Plain Aluminium

Introduces for 9 months the zero rate of the import customs duty for plain aluminium (Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature code 7601 10 000 0). At present the import of the mentioned commodity is subject to the rate of 10% of the customs cost.
      The Decision is entered into force 1 month after the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 506 of August 11, 2007 on the Interim Rates of Import Customs Duties for Individual Types of Rolled Stock of Aluminium Alloys

Introduces for 9 months the rates of import customs duties for individual types of rolled stock of aluminium alloys in the amount of 10% of the customs cost. Earlier, the mentioned rates for the given commodities amounted to 20% of the customs cost.
      The Decision is entered into force 1 month after the day of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 505 of August 10, 2007 on the Procedure for the Federal Bodies of Executive Power to Take Decisions to Approve the Transactions to Attract Investments for the Federally Owned Objects of Immovable Property

The Regulation does not apply to transactions of attraction of investments for the air and sea vessels subject to the state registration, internal water vessels, outer space objects, enterprises as property complexes and the federally owned objects of immovable property located outside the territory of the Russian Federation.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 1875-U of August 13, 2007

Introduces from August 14, 2007 a fixed interest rate for the deposit operations of the Bank of Russia carried out with credit organisations in the currency of the Russian Federation using the Reuters dealing system and the system of electronic tenders of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange.
      The mentioned rate makes 2.75% annual for the standard terms "tom next", "spot next", "on demand" and 3.25% annual for the standard terms "one week", "spot week".
