Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 526 of August 18, 2007 on the Amendments to the Customs Tariff of the Russian Federation

Zero rates of import customs duties are in effect from January 1, 2007 for spare parts for industrial assembly of motor transport vehicles (tractors, automobiles, special purpose transport vehicles). To expand production of automobiles of foreign brands on the territory of the Russian Federation, zero rates of import customs duties are introduced for spare parts for industrial assembly of tractors, motor transport vehicles for passenger and cargo transportation, special purpose motor transport vehicles (commodity items of the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia 8701-8705).

The Decision is entered into force 1 month after the day of its official publication.
