Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 68n of August 2, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Procedure for the Russian Federation to Write off and Restore in the Records the Debt in Monetary Obligations to the Federal Budget

The procedure applies to the debt in obligations emerging from contracts and other transactions; from court rulings; because of the incurred damage; on other grounds.

Decision of the Chief State Sanitary Physician of the Russian Federation No. 47 of July 11, 2007 on the Prevention of Use of Methyl Alcohol in Car Care Liquids

Results of the sanitary and epidemiological enforcement show that methyl alcohol (methanol), which is a hazardous toxic substance, is used ever more in the manufacture of car care liquids, including the windshield ones.
