Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 646 of October 5, 2007 on the Procedure to Pay out and the Amounts of Incentives and the State Monetary Rewards Envisaged in Article 34 of the Law of the Russian Federation on Subsoil Resources

The state monetary reward shall be paid out in the amount of Rbl 50,000, however, not greater than 0.1% of the amount of the annual volume of tax on the extraction of mineral resources for the deposit under consideration.
