Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 758 of November 6, 2007 on the State Accreditation of Organisations Engaged in Activities in the Sphere of Information Technologies

The state accreditation may be obtained by a Russian organisation engaged in activities in the sphere of information technologies regardless of the legal and proprietary form on condition that the given organisation provides for the development and sale of computer programs and databases on material media or in the electronic from over communication channels regardless of the type of contract and/or is rendering the services (carrying out works) in adaptation and modification of computer programs and databases, installation, testing and support of computer programs and databases.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 757 of November 6, 2007 on the Measures to Protect Russian Producers of Glass Nets (Nets of Glass Fibre)

To protect economic interests of Russian producers of nets of glass fibre, introduces for 3 years a special duty for the imported nets with the mesh size on any side of 1.8 mm where 2 or more layers of parallel filaments (roving) are fixed using chemical or mechanical method or by weaving.
      The Decision is entered into force one month after the date of its official publication.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 734 of November 1, 2007 on the Federal Agency for the Maintenance of the State Border of the Russian Federation
