Ruling of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation No. 633-O-P of July 3, 2007 on the Appeal of Citizen Y.M.Timov against Violation of His Constitutional Rights by a Number of Provisions of the Federal Law on the Radiation Safety of Population and the Regulation on the Licensing of Activities in the Sphere of Use of Sources of Ionising Radiation

The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation believes that the challenged provisions do not suggest a restriction for independent entrepreneurs possessing a license for medical activities pertaining to x-ray works of opportunities to get the license for activities in the sphere of circulation of sources of ionising radiation - medical x-ray units.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 768 of November 10, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Rates of Import Customs Duties for Tea and Individual Types of Raw Skins

Endorses on the permanent basis the zero rates of import customs duties for tea and individual types of raw skins earlier introduced by the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 24 of January 18, 2007 being in effect until November 22, 2007.
      The Decision is entered into force one month after the date of its official publication.

Order of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation No. 458 of September 10, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Rules of the Borderline Regime

The new rules adjust the procedure of entry (trespassing), temporary stay, travel of people and transport vehicles in the borderline zone.
