Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 781 of November 17, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Regulation on the Security of Personal Information When It Is Processed in Personal Data Information Systems

To impellent the constitutional right of citizens for the inviolability of private life, personal and family secrets, introduces security requirements for personal information when it is processed in automatic systems.

Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets No. 07-102/pz-n of October 9, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Regulation on Activities of Organisation of Trade at the Securities Market

Endorses a new Regulation specifying the requirements to activities of professional participants of the securities market, including the stock exchanges, in organisation of trade at the securities market.
      The Order is entered into force from January 1, 2008.
