Endorses the Instruction regulating the procedure of planning, preparation and carrying out by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Enforcement and its territorial bodies of the measures of state control of protection of atmospheric air, as well as the rules of drawing up of the results of these measures.
