Letter of the Federal Tax Service No. SK-6-11/897@ of November 20, 2007 on the Information Necessary for the Calculation of the Tax on Extraction of Mineral Resources for Oil for October 2007

From January 1, 2007, the rate of the tax on extraction of mineral resources making Rbl 419 per ton of produced oil, dry, desalinised and stabilised, is multiplied by the coefficient characterising the dynamics of world prices for oil and the coefficient characterising the development of the particular part of subsoil reserves.
