Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 249 of April 7, 2008 on the Endorsement of the Regulation on the Licensing of Activities in the Sphere of Circulation of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Included in List I in Compliance with the Federal Law on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances

In 2007, a permission was issued to process narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances of List I withdrawn from illegal circulation for subsequent use in scientific, educational, expert, investigation work and in medical certification.
