Regulates the simplified procedure of acceptance by the customs body of the passenger customs declaration filled by natural persons when moving across the customs border of the Russian Federation commodities for personal, household and other purposes not pertaining to entrepreneurial activities.

Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 476n of September 10, 2008 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Submission of the Application for the Voluntary Engagement in Obligatory Pension Insurance

From October 1, 2008, voluntary engagement in obligatory pension insurance is permitted for citizens of the Russian Federation working abroad to pay insurance contributions for themselves, for natural persons to pay insurance contributions for other natural persons if the insurant does not make such contributions, the insured paying a fixed amount in excess of the minimum payment, natural persons not covered by the obligatory pension insurance and paying for themselves.
