Federal Law No. 143-FZ of July 1, 2009 on the Particulars of Granting of Financial Support to the Subjects of the Russian Federation and Municipal Formations at the Expense of Resources of the State Corporation Fund of Assistance of Reformation of the Housing and Communal Sector in 2009

Introduces a special procedure of granting of financial support because of the risk of insufficiency of the fund's resources in 2009.
