Order of the Federal Migration Service No. 159 of July 6, 2009 on the Endorsement of the Administrative Regulation on the State Service of Keeping of Migration Records in the Russian Federation Rendered by the Federal Migration Service

The keeping of migration records in the Russian Federation is vested in the Federal Migration Service of Russia. The Administrative Regulation specifies the procedure of execution of the appropriate state function by the service.
