Introduces new codes of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activities of Russia for liquid fuels included in the group of heavy distillates of bituminous materials (other than the raw ones).

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 727 of September 14, 2009 on the Interim Rate of Import Customs Duty for Snow Vehicles

Increases from 5% to 10% the amount of the duty for the import to Russia of transport vehicles specially designed for travel over snow. The rate will be in effect for 9 months.
