Federal Law No. 305-FZ of November 22, 2010 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the State Corporation of Nuclear Power Rosatom and Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

Extends the powers of the state corporation Rosatom pertaining to its intuitions, joint-stock companies and their branches, as well as subordinate enterprises.

Order of the Federal Service for Tariff Rates No. 417-e of August 30, 2010 on the Endorsement of the Administrative Regulation on the Execution by the Federal Service for Tariff Rates of the State Function of Forming and Keeping of the Register of Subjects of Natural Monopolies Subject to State Regulation and Control

Endorses a new such Regulation.
