The memorandum was signed in Belgrade on April 19, 2007.

Federal Law No. 361-FZ of December 23, 2010 on the Accession of the Russian Federation to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment

Russia jointed the above convention.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1110 of December 24, 2010 on the Endorsement of the Rates of Export Customs Duties for Raw Oil and Individual Categories of Goods of Oil Exported outside the Territory of the Russian Federation and the Territories of the Member-States of the Customs Union Agreements

Increases export duties from January 1, 2011.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1072 of December 20, 2010 on the Coefficient of Indexing of the Amount of the Monthly Insurance Payment in the Cases of Obligatory Social Insurance against Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases

The monthly payments in the above cases are indexed taking into account the level of inflation.
