Shifts from January 1, 2011 to July 1, 2011 the end of the period of effect of one of the norms of the law on the protection of rights of businesses in the cases of checks.

Federal Law No. 407-FZ of December 28, 2010 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Assistance of Development of Housing Construction

According to the amendments, the Federal Fund of Assistance of Development of Housing Construction may transfer land plots owned by it in the property of public legal formations.

Federal Law No. 396-FZ of December 28, 2010 on the Ratification of the Agreement on the Exemption from Certain Forms of Customs Control Applied by the Customs Bodies of the Member-States of the Customs Union

Ratifies the above agreement.

Federal Law No. 393-FZ of December 28, 2010 on the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the French Republic on the Temporary Employment of Citizens of One State on the Territory of the Other

Ratifies the above agreement.

Federal Law No. 391-FZ of December 28, 2010 on the Amendment to Article 26 of the Federal Law on the Sea Ports of the Russian Federation and on the Amendments to Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

Refines the law on sea ports.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1157 of December 27, 2010 on the Procedure to Carry out Works of Obligatory Confirmation of Compliance of Low-Voltage Equipment with the Requirements of the Federal Law "Technical Regulation on the Safety of Low-Voltage Equipment"

Specifies the above procedure.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1155 of December 27, 2010 on the Calculation of the Rates of Export Customs Duties for Individual Categories of Goods of Oil

Specifies the above procedure.

Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 1080n of December 8, 2010 on the Distribution by the Subjects of the Russian Federation of Quotas for the Issuance of Employment Permissions to Foreign Citizens Endorsed by the Government of the Russian Federation for the Year 2011

The number of permission makes 1,745,584.
