Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 706 of August 19, 2011 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Coordination of Prices (Tariff Rates) in the Area of Heat Supplies Fixed by the Bodies of Executive Power of the Subjects of the Russian Federation in Charge of the State Regulation of Prices (Tariff Rates), If the Heat Consuming Plant and the Source of Thermal Energy Are Located in Different Subjects of the Russian Federation

Specifies the above procedures.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 704 of August 19, 2011 on the Endorsement of the Regulation on the Reimbursement by Customs Bodies of Expenses (Losses) Suffered by the Party Because of the Storage of Goods, If the Customs Check Did Not Reveal Violations of the Customs Legislation of the Customs Union in the Framework of the Eurasia Economic Community and/or Legislation of the Russian Federation in the Customs Area

If violations are not found for the withdrawn goods, the owner will get reimbursement.
