Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia, dated August 16, 2023 - establishing the period during which the limitation on the value of the full cost of a consumer credit (loan) is not subject to application: from August 16, 2023, until the end of 2023, the full cost of a consumer credit (loan) is not limited for all categories of consumer credits (loans), as well as for mortgage-backed consumer loans issued by microfinance organisations and POS financing.
