Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 470 of April 13, 2024 - amendments to certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation: the RF Government has approved the procedure for making a decision on extending the deadline for for companies resident in Russian special administrative regions (SAR) to be excluded from the register of foreign legal entities. Such decisions to be made by the Governmental commission for control of foreign investment.
