Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1229 of September 10, 2024 - approval of the Rules for concluding, executing, amending and terminating an agreement on the procedure for eliminating (based on decisions of the headquarters for ensuring the safety of electricity supply) the consequences of emergency situations at electric grid facilities, as well as on the use of electric grid facilities in the event of an owner's failure to comply with the criteria for classification as territorial grid organisations established by the Government of the Russian Federation, or its refusal to perform activities as a territorial grid organisation for the provision of services related to transmission of electric energy or technological connection of power receiving devices or electric power facilities, a standard form of agreement between a backbone territorial grid organisation, a territorial grid organisation, an owner of electric grid facilities belonging to a territorial grid organisation (if the territorial grid organisation is not entitled to transfer the rights of ownership and use of electric grid facilities), as well as the headquarters for ensuring the safety of electricity supply
