Federal Law No. 147-FZ of June 7, 2025 - amendments to Part Two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation: in connection with the creation of the priority development area in the Magadan Region, the Tax Code has been adjusted. Tax preferences for participants in the SEZ in the Magadan Region are cancelled. The ban receiving by them investment tax deductions is lifted.

Federal Law No. 148-FZ of June 7, 2025 - amendments to Articles 14.67 and 23.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences: failure to comply with established prohibitions in the field of production or circulation of tobacco products will result in a fine.

Federal Law No. 143-FZ of June 7, 2025 - amendments to Article 3.1 of the Federal Law "On the Fundamentals of Tourist Activity in the Russian Federation": the types and conditions of booking in accommodation facilities will be determined at the federal level.

Federal Law No. 141-FZ of June 7, 2025 - amendments to Articles 10 and 43 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Subsoil": it was decided to provide subsoil areas in certain areas of Yugra for geological exploration for a period of up to 7 years, rather than 5 years.

Federal Law No. 133-FZ of June 7, 2025 - amendments to Article 36.2 of the Federal Law "On State Registration of Real Estate": when submitting electronic documents for registration of rights to real estate, the identity of the owner can be confirmed in the Unified Biometric System. The law comes into force on July 1, 2026.
