List of instructions following the meeting with representatives of business circles (approved by the President of the Russian Federation on July 16, 2025): the Russian President gave the Government a number of instructions, including ensuring recognition in friendly countries of registration certificates for medical devices issued in accordance with Russian rules, as well as registered within the framework of the EAEU, for entering the markets of such foreign countries; submitting proposals to reduce the excise tax on liquid steel to support electrometallurgical enterprises, to suspend its payment by metallurgical companies when they open new production facilities; considering the issue of introducing additional restrictions on the use of software (including communication services) produced in unfriendly countries; improving the efficiency of control (supervision) over the implementation of mandatory requirements of technical regulations. Issues of state procurement were also highlighted.
