FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2024, THE PROCEDURE FOR ENTERING DATA ON CHANGE OF THE HEAD OF THE ORGANISATION INTO THE UNIFIED STATE REGISTER OF LEGAL ENTITIES WILL BE ADJUSTED
From September 1, 2024, amendments come into effect according to which if an LLC decides to elect a new head (CEO), this must be certified by a notary. The notary will sign and send in electronic form an application for making changes into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities to a registration authority.
When electing (appointing) the head of a company of another organisational and legal form, an application shall be submitted by a notary that certified the authenticity of the applicant's signature on the application, as part of a single notarial act.
The exception is credit and non-profit organisations that are registered through the Bank of Russia and the Ministry of Justice.
