CONDITIONS FOR COMPANIES FROM UNFRIENDLY COUNTRIES TO LEAVE RUSSIA HAVE BEEN TIGHTENED
New terms of sale of Russian assets by foreign persons from unfriendly countries have been approved.
The minimum discount amount has been increased from 50% to 60% of the market value of the relevant assets. The minimum voluntary contribution to the federal budget has been increased from 15% to 35% of the market value. It must be paid in accordance with the schedule within two years from the date of the transaction.
Transactions with assets with a market value of over 50 billion roubles will require the consent of the President of the Russian Federation.
