THE BAN ON PAYING FOR A SHARE IN THE PROPERTY OF A NON-RESIDENT COMPANY WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE CENTRAL BANK HAS BEEN EXTENDED
The ban on the following transactions without permission from the Central Bank has been extended until the end of 2025:
- payment by a resident of a share, contribution, or stake in the property (authorised or contributed capital, or share fund of a cooperative) of a non-resident legal entity;
- a contribution by a resident to a non-resident within the framework of the implementation of a simple partnership agreement with investment in the form of capital investments (joint activity agreement).
