Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 862 of October 25, 2011 on the Endorsement of the Rates of Export Customs Duties for Raw Oil and Individual Categories of Goods of Oil Exported Outside the Territory of the Russian Federation and the Territories of the Members-States of the Customs Union

From November 1, reduces the export duties for oil and certain goods of oil.
