Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 14n of February 9, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Strict-Reporting Form

Endorses the form of the slip of payment for the services of gasification and gas supplies. The form is intended for cash payments and/or payments using pay cards for the services rendered to the population. The mentioned strict-reporting form is equal to the cash slip, therefore cash registers are not necessary.

Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation No. 47 of March 9, 2007 on the Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation No. 5 of January 12, 2004

Pursuant to the renaming of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, as well as the forming of the new structural division within it - Department of the Draft Legislation and Registration of Agency Normative Acts - introduces appropriate amendments to the explanations on the application of the Regulation on the procedure of keeping of the Federal Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Subjects of the Russian Federation (endorsed by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Russia No. 5 of January 12, 2004).

Letter of the Central Bank of Russia No. 32-T of March 27, 2007 on the Recommendations on the Organisation of Interaction of Territorial Institutions of the Bank of Russia and Credit Organisations (Branches) with Automatic System "Central Catalogue of Credit Histories"

According the Federal Law on credit histories, the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories is a division of the Bank of Russia keeping the database created to find credit history bureaus storing credit histories of subjects of credit histories. The credit history subject (credit history user) may get information on the credit history bureaus applying with a request in writing to any credit organisation (parent office, branch or additional office of the credit organisation).
