The amendments regulate the procedure of organisation of activities of specialised depositaries of mortgage coverage and the keeping of the register of mortgage coverage in cases when the claims under obligations comprising the mortgage coverage are not received by the issuer as of the date of the endorsement of the decision on the issue (additional issue) of the mortgage coverage bonds.
