The Prime Minister has signed a decision according to which the amount of payments to employees for innovative developments and solutions useful for business will increase. Starting from the next year, if an employer used an employee’ invention for the previous twelve calendar months, the remuneration shall be paid to the employee being author (inventor) be equal to threefold average wage, and for the use of an official utility model, or an official industrial design - twofold average wage. Currently, similar payments are equal to one average wage.
